One eye on the past, one eye on the future.
In the introduction, the synthesizers and guitar's vibrations set the tone of the entire track - a nod to the Jungle & Drum'n'bass of the 90s. An explosive breakbeat and a pearly sound design is then followed by an harmony in the style of Born Slippy from Underworld. Despite the enraged youth's deplorable living conditions (Hence the title "Rage Jaune") , this piece delivers a word of hope, for a country in the midst of an
economic depression.
Eventually, this odyssey ends in a rise of ultra-violence, A Clockwork Orange style, where the border between electronics and live music is blurred. It lets us envision a powerful strike that will change the course of history.
